  1. The giveaway covers standard wall painting only. Ceilings, trim, cabinets, exterior surfaces, or specialty finishes are not included.

  2. The winner must provide reasonable access to the property for scheduling and completion.

  3. If the winner’s home is outside of our service area or does not meet the requirements, TopShelf Painting LLC reserves the right to select a new winner.

General Conditions:

  2. Participants agree that TopShelf Painting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the prize.
